Will it ever warm up here?

Another very chilly day here in Massachusetts.  And it's not looking good until sometime next week that we might break freezing.  I love New England but if it's going to be cold, I want snow to go with it.  At least make it pretty.  But it's been a lonely winter for snow lovers...only one time have we got more than 1" of snow...and that was just last week! 

I had some fun at lunch today and made a card from "found" items here at work.  ScrapHype is having a 1st birthday party today with fun and games.  They put up a birthday challenge and here is the card I came up with (thank goodness for an order coming in today that had paper and rubons!):

A terrible scan I know (and it's so small here?).  But I learned how to convert a PDF to a JPEG (and learned that it distorts the image)...and I had fun creating a bit on my lunch hour.  I should do this more often!

Busy weekend coming up for me - moving things from my Dad's back to the house, emptying the storage unit I had to get and meeting up with friends.  Hopefully there'll be a little time to play.
